I’ve stayed in BSL many times and stayed at many other places. Very familiar with the area. We booked for 7 since the place advertised that it slept 8. The sofa sleeper was broken so one person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t ideal. I notified the property manager as soon as I got there but after I replied that the advertisement listed 8, the property manager wasn’t aware and thought it slept 6, she/he never replied back to my last message. I know nothing could be done at that point but it was not accommodating for my guest. The tub hose/faucet to the tub in one room was leaking the entire time and had to be left hanging in the tub when in use so that it didn’t drip all over the floor. The other bathroom has a very soft spot like there’s water damage to the floor. The back house/bedroom has a smell that you notice as soon as you walk in. The smell never went away, almost a fishy smell. Everything else was good and accommodating. Great location to walk to shops or restaurants. It was very clean. There was a Keurig which wasn’t advertised with coffee pods so that was a treat. Parking had enough for several cars which we loved! We weren’t able to use the pool as the weather was cool and it rained one the days we were there. I never received any exiting instructions so we left the towels on the floor and took out all the trash, linens stayed on the bed.
