Overall, the home was pretty clean. I liked that the home was centrally located to food and entertainment. It was about 20 to 30 minutes from LSU, which was pretty convenient. But, the bedding linen and some of the towels had yellow stains on them. We also found four dead roaches. I was happy that they were already dead though. To me that signifies that they know there is a bug issue and they are making efforts to deal with them. I appreciate that.

Nice place

The house was nice and clean, the only issue is we had 5 adults and it was suppose to be 4 bedrooms but there was only 3 with beds in them. Took us over an hour to get the door code to get in because instructions were never sent. Once we got ahold of owner they were awesome. I would rent again but made sure I had door access before I drove 12 hours.

Bowling Trip

Property in a good location. We stayed at house while in town for bowling tournament. Six adults nice house. Only issues master bedroom sink wouldn't drain, patio chair was broke due to rust almost hit the ground. Neighbors where nice also. Will use again for sure.

The house was great !!! Only had 2 problems . 1) Agent could not remember the door code to get into the house, so it took us about 1.5 hours to get into the house. 2) The owners had installed a new thermostat and the heat would not come on (it was only cold for 1 day) but they did get it fixed. Overall the house was great and would stay again.

Perfect Location

My girlfriend and I came to Baton Rouge to celebrate our birthdays with her brothers, who only lived 10 minutes away, so the location was perfect for us!! Convenient to everything, well stocked, great layout. The coffee pot broke one morning, so I reached out to the owner and a new one was delivered within a few hours! Will definitely stay there again!!!

There were no window coverings in the main living area which consisted of the kitchen, breakfast nook, living room windows, and back door (main entry). Creepy neighbor was watching us watch tv.

Tangerine House

We stayed at this lovely house for Thanksgiving week to be near family. The location was perfect for us. Close to just about everything that southeast BR has to offer and an easy drive to other parts of the city. The house was a good size with roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and friendly. A great place to stay!

Lovely home in Baton Rouge

The home is lovely. Enough to be able to relax and cook some meals, etc.. The only complaint would be that there is very sparse contents. No kleenex as an example and just enough toilet paper. You just expect a bit more these days with rental homes. The kitchen was equipped enough for meal prep. The security is an issue. Neither the front door or the back door have a deadbolt from the inside only, a chain or any other way to lock the home from the inside. The front door is cracked and you can see outside through the crack and at the bottom. We removed a few crawlers during our stay. As women traveling alone, this is not somewhere I would stay again. Our friend had items stolen off their jeep during a quick visit. The house is only a couple house in from a bit of a dangerous neighborhood. Host was very kind and hopefully can just make a few security improvements!
