The room was super clean. Had all the nice finishing touches and was located in the best spot in Batemans Bay. Very short walking distance to cafes, restaurants the shopping centre and the water is only meters away. The friendliest staff and easy check-in gives me no option but to give this place the highest rating!

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The chairs were not really comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious however my husband has balance issues and although we were able to get a ground floor room, the shower had no grab rails and meant leaning over to get to the shower gel on the floor was a real fall risk.

Wonderful staff at Bay Beeze

We stayed in the warehouse apartment at Bay Breeze for two nights. We found the accommodation extremely comfortable, well presented and quirky in a good way. Deanne went out of her way when we arrived to ensure that we were comfortable. Also Bay Beeze contacted us, after we had checked out to let us know we had left a jean jacket and jumper behind. As we were several hours from Batemans Bay, Bay Beeze staff arranged to post the items back to Brisbane to us. Thank you so much to the staff at Bay Beeze.,

Fantastic location, very close by the water, with exceptional walking trails, easy and safe. Lots of dining options available at relatively late hours over the long weekend, Alison was very friendly and offered great recommendations for places to venue, and places to eat.

The place to stay in Batemans Bay!!! Very nice accommodation with all you need. Perfectly equipped kitchen, BBQ, dish washer, washing machine etc. etc. Super kind hosts are welcoming you at the arrival.

My son and I recently stayed at Bay Breeze Boutique Accommodation and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly went out of their way to make our stay special—even managing to get us a table at a fully-booked restaurant, which we really appreciated. The accommodation was beautifully presented, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location was perfect, and everything felt peaceful and relaxing. We left feeling completely looked after and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Lovely property! The main floor has a balcony but is walled so you can’t view the water when you’re sitting down only standing up. Book the upper floors, if you want to view the water from the balcony easily.

Beautiful location and views

What a lovely hotel! We arrived after hours so didn't meet reception team but spoke to them on the phone. We got upgraded to penthouse which was a lovely surprise. The penthouse was massive and had two bedrooms! Views were incredible. The area lost electricity which meant we didn't get to use the facilities in our room much unfortunately, but they brought us a lamp straight away, and there were some candles which we could light up. Overall great experience
