'The address is incorrect. #22 is a real estate company and the actual site it 2 blue doors down. The entry door is decrepit with no door handle. The apt had no heat and no hot water, only half a toilet paper roll and no dishcloth. The TV had only films and games and no news. We tried to contact the manager but there was no reply. We left after only one night, instead of 2 and are trying to get a refund for the second night. The manager offered us a third night free but we had already decamped to...

'The room was lovely and the location could not be beat. The St Cyprian market was close by for fresh fruits and vegetables and running by the river was easily accessible. Metro and bus lines were super close and there were SO many eating options, from various types of restaurants to grocery stores. Walking over Pont Neuf to the center of Toulouse was easy so we were able to quickly get back to the rental, when necessary. The patio was great for meditation and yoga. I highly recommend this...

'Clean interior but balcony in need of attention. No documentation as to how things workd or location of rubish disposal etc. Also, no drain plug in kitchen sink and I was unable to get the TV to work. Underground car-park had a steep ramp requiring a reverse exit, to avoid damage to the front spoiler on my Mercedes B class. Location was within a 25 minute walk of the centre, conveniently above a supermarket but not in a particularly salubrious area.'

'Clean, bright studio apartment in a quiet building on a quiet street facing a canal. It has everything you need, and the host, Guillaume, was super responsive. I also found the location pretty convenient for the price. The only reason I personally wouldn't return to this listing is that the shower stall is very narrow. I am 5'7'' and 180 lbs -- granted, not petite or slim, but not abnormally large by any means! -- and it was awkward to maneuver in there. I would recommend that you face the door...
