'Property was kept clean and parking lot well lighted. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room is only bed/refrigerator/mini microwave. There are no extras such as coffee pot, shampoo, body wash, facial tissue, iron, etc. Bare minimum in bath/hand towels, and one wash cloth! I'm sure I could have requested additional towels. I believe there was a soda vending machine in office, no other extras! Propety is in a very poor area, Homeless people are constantly nearby. Many "street...

'Grote kamer, lekker stil, perfect'

'This is a totally renovated and reinvented classic motel. They've kept the 1950s colors and styles, but everything is new, clean and functions well. The rooms are very large. The king bed was comfortable. There were lots of light fixtures. The bathroom was excellent. It's a short walk to some really good restaurants.'

'Staff was great. Location was wonderful. Rooms as expected. Breakfast super. TV could use some help. Guide Could never Update the channel listings. Last night there, the desk manager knocked on the door about 10:45 saying the woman next door complained that we were noisy, odd because the sound was off on the TV and closed captioning was on and we had dozed off. She said the woman complained and she had an early flight. This is not the hotel’s fault some people would complain if they were hung...

'I like the hotel and the neighbourhood is really nice. The good: the bed and the room in general, and also the staff is very welcoming. The bad: we had a huge room even with a kitchen but the shower was really tiny. Also we were very disappointed that the speakeasy / cocktailbar they use in almost all their marketing messages was closed for both nights of our stay. We were very much looking forward also to that part of our stay. Would have been great if they had informed us beforehand. '

'The only big complaint was we stayed for 4 nights and never had maid service. We only needed towels replaced and never got them. I never complained because we left so early and got back so late we worked it out. I could have gone down to get more towels at the desk but was hopeful they would show up the next day and they never did.'

'Only had 1 working elevator- got hectic waiting!'

'The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. Parking was great and lighted. The walls and floors are thin so you can hear everything from the people walking above you to the elevator doors squeaking open and closed. Breakfast was ok. Was looking forward to pancakes but the machine was broken. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom of the steps in the shallow end so we skipped that. Wouldn’t stay here again but it’s an affordable option for families.'
