An attractive arched door leads from the living room to the fully enclosed shared rear garden and with further garden areas to the front of the property, there is ample space for relaxation, picnics and al fresco dining. Steps lead down to the cosy kitchen/diner which is an ideal place for dining or planning your day over leisurely breakfasts. Three bedrooms and a family bathroom occupy the first floor. A spacious double room with a TV and a twin both have apex ceilings and crossbeams. A second twin room has sloping ceilings and a Velux window offering delightful country views. The owner welcomes visitors to enjoy exploring the farmlands and enjoying the wide-ranging views.

This area is a haven for wildlife including the famous Exmoor deer.
