Enjoy woodland walks from your doorstep where you have the chance of seeing Otters, dippers, deer, and all variations of birds too. there is ample opportunity to explore local beaches and hidden coves, including those at Lee Bay and Woody Bay, whilst the wide stretch of sand at Woolacombe is just 18 miles away. In addition to these stunning coastal spots, guests will also be able to take pleasure in the historic towns of Combe Martin and Lynton and Lynmouth with its iconic Cliff Railway, both within 10 miles of the property.

Head up the steps to the apartment and once inside you will immediately notice the fabulous blend of original and contemporary features throughout. From the original exposed beams to the open plan design, you will not be disappointed. The kitchen area is well-equipped providing everything guests need for a convenient stay, whilst the dining table sits all guests comfortably. There is also a breakfast bar which is perfect to sit with a cuppa and plan the day’s adventures ahead. The living space contains a comfortable sofa from which to enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. There is also a doorway separating this space from the bedroom which holds a king-size bed, ample wardrobe space, a dressing table and even a Juliette balcony where you can stand and listen to the chirping birds and flow of the river. Completing the apartment is a shower room.

Directly outside the front door guests have their own enclosed private outdoor decking area with comfortable seating, an ideal spot to enjoy your favourite tipple whilst watching the sunset. There is also a shared utility room situated on the grounds of the complex.

Access to the cottage is reached via a narrow private lane with speedbumps. Parking space available.
