Living areas in the house were spacious and allowed our group to gather easily.Two of the three bedrooms have no air conditioning which was a real issue as we were there on days that reached over 100 degrees (two mini-splits in the house - one in the living area and one in the larger bedroom)Digital door lock was tempermental and required a ten digit code, which took a few attempts to get into the house. This did not correct itself over the course of our stay, making it a competition amongst our group as to who would "win" and get into the house.A couple of broken cabinets (one in the hall bathroom and two in the kitchen).Cleanliness was a real issue - dishes and cutlery in the kitchen were filthy, dishwasher was filled with standing water, small piles of dirt in the sunroom, clothes from a previous renter on the floor in the laundry room, bodywash soap dispenser was empty. Parts of the house really need a refresh (especially for the price of our rental).Communication with VueStay (managing organization) was terrible. We aren't really sure that anyone works there as most of the responses were robotic and seemingly AI driven. Four days after our stay, NO ONE has reached out from the organization to address our concerns after multiple emails and texts (the phone number has a Texas area code). Frustrating to say the least - the robot at VueStay has acknowledged that.
