« Nice and clean and comfy bed. Super conveniently located to the Gilmore Car Museum. »

« Heat lamp in bathroom didn't work. Only one chair in room for two people (their pictures show two chairs in rooms). No clock or phone in room. Exercise room was inaccessible. Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well...

« The hotel room and common areas were all well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything you need and nothing you don't. The front desk staff was friendly, but need more training. They didn't seem to know how to handle anything other than basic checking in or checking out. For example, checking out a day early when reservations were made through Expedia. The hotel has been open less than a year. I'm sure this will improve with time. »

« The staff were very accommodating and friendly but the first night we were put in a room that was destroyed by previous tenants. The smell was unacceptable and I wouldn’t have put anyone in that room. Also, the a/c in that room wasn’t working properly and we found several items left behind and not clean. The staff moved us to a much better room in the morning for our second day. Breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub were both very well maintained. »

« We were in a accessible room but it is really not accessible room for someone with mobility issues. Bed was to high. Also shouldn't have to climb over tub. It should be walk in shower with a bench. Then going to get out of shower slipped and down I went. Had to have paramedics come to help get me out of shower floor. »

« Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay. »

« My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back. »
