Peut mieux faire

Emplacement dans Barcelone idéal, proche des commerces. Situé au 1er étage avec ascenseur. L'appartement a également un bel espace extérieur. En revanche plusieurs détails important négatifs : sur les 2 lave-vaisselles, aucun ne fonctionne, et un des lave-vaisselle nous a même causé un dégât des eaux ! Un seul micro-onde fonctionne. Il y a très peu de vaisselles pour faire à manger. L'eau chaude est défectueuse, nous nous sommes douchés plusieurs fois à l'eau presque froide. La conciergerie n'a proposé aucun geste pour ces désagréments. La literie est ok. Le sèche linge est en fait un sèche-serviette. A minima une vraie clé serait appréciable, car si plus de batterie sur le téléphone, impossible de rentrer dans l'appartement... Très problématique.

Leider war das Apartment nicht wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Terrasse war aufgrund der sehr alten und schmutzigen Möbeln nicht nutzbar. In der Küche gan es kein Abtrockentuch, die Kühlschrankregale waren kaputt, Kakerlaken waren sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad. In den Bädern riecht es streng nach Abfluss und in den Duschen ist teilweise Schimmel. Da wir unsere Reise genießen wollten und viel unterwegs waren, haben wir die Agentur erst nach Rückkehr über die Zustände informiert. Die Agentur streitet den Zustand der Wohnung ab und kam uns in keinster Weise entgegen. Wir sind nun mit Fewo direkt in Kontakt und hoffen auf eine Rückmeldung. Man sollte sich nicht von den Fotos blenden lassen, das ist Fake! Schade, denn die Lage ist hervorragend und auch die Aufteilung der Zimmer perfekt. Mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet bzw. ist nichts vorgesehen.

Good location and nice space

The property is laid out well for a combined group where you may need/want a duplex type situation. Each side can operate independently. The hot water in the building was out the first few days, so that was not great and we had some trouble with the electronic entry system and neededmaintenance. The kitchens had limited equipment but we got by. The terrace space and furniture need some cleaning, paint and general maintenance. Overall, we had a great time and would go back...with hot water.

Great place to stay with my family. We were in total 7 adults (ages ranging from 26-60).Allowed us to leave our luggage at 1:00pm.The place is large , 4 bedrooms, 3bathrooms all with showers.Approx 30 minute bus ride from the airport, then a 10 minute walk.Right in the heart of Barcelona, 10 minute walk to Gaudi’s house and 35 minute walk to Sagrada Church.Highly recommended.

Loved Our Stay!We had such an amazing time staying at this apartment! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. Whether we were looking for a cozy café in the morning, a delicious dinner spot, or a lively place to grab a drink at night, everything was just steps away. Also, all the restaurants that the host recommended were wonderful.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t recommend the apartment enough—we’ll try to be back!

6 seniors with 10 days in Barcelona

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment is actually two 2 bedroom apartments connected by a small hallway (see the floor plan in the photos). Each of the two apartments has a small kitchenette and a small common room. In addition, there is a very large outdoor terrace. Unfortunately, on our 10 day, cold and wet early March trip we could not make use of the terrace. We found the apartment’s location excellent and it was very clean. The host was very responsive to our request for more blankets and pillows. The bedrooms are comfortable for up to 8, but the 2 single beds are very narrow for an adult. We like that each bedroom could have it’s own full bathroom. The drains in the showers do not drain well, causing accumulation of water. Neither of two indoor common areas and kitchens were large enough for our party of six. If it was warmer and dryer on our trip, we would have congregated on the large terrace.Access to the building and the apartment is by using an app on your phone and if you don’t have mobile phone service in Spain, you cannot enter the building. Those of us with phone service in Spain, could access the apartment, but those without phone service could not. This is better than the case where seven of us stayed in an apartment with only two keys, but some of us could not gain entry by themselves. No one meets you when you check in, it all done by apps. So make sure you have mobile phone service in Spain before you arrive.

Perfect apartment in Barcelona: Clean, central and with excellent service!

We (8 people) had the pleasure of staying in the apartment in Barcelona and I highly recommend it! Perfect solution for so many people with the 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The location couldn't be better - close to many attractions, restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city. Top connection. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well maintained, which is always an important factor for us. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on cleanliness here. Super!Another highlight was the excellent communication with the agency. They were always available, friendly and helpful, which made the entire stay even more pleasant. The check-in system was also very uncomplicated and efficient, so we were able to move into the apartment quickly and stress-free.Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona!

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Barcelona!

This is a lovely apartment in the Eixample neighborhood in Barcelona. I rented this apartment for a few days while visiting with my family and I couldn't have been happier with my experience! The apartment was incredibly spacious and exactly as described in the listing. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.The location was perfect, situated in a charming area that allowed us to explore the beauty of Barcelona with ease. Great location and large space

We recently stayed in this flat which is located in a great area - tons of good restaurants and shopping. Easy to grab a cab and very walkable. The flat itself is very large with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The set up was great as we have two teenagers and my mom also was with us so she had her own area/kitchenette and there is another one at the other end of the flat so we essentially had two living rooms and kitchens. There is also a great patio however we didn’t get a chance to use it as the weather was a bit cool while we visited. The flat was well equipped with basic necessities and the host was very responsive when we had issues downloading the app. All in all we had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay in Barcelona

We had a group of 7 family members to stay in the apartment and it was so accomodating . Everyone had their own bathroom and it’s like two apartments in one so you can have privacy if needed with the huge space. The location is great and there’s cocktail bars and bakeries across the street and around the corner. This is a great space for a vacation.!!

El departamento es perfecto para 8 personas, y hasta 10 podrían dormir muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia de varios días. Está en una ubicación perfecta para moverte a todos los sitios turísticos de Barcelona. Nos gustó mucho, sobretodo la terraza. Mi única sugerencia es que hubiera más almohadas y sábanas/cobijas disponibles.

Amazing stay!!

At first, I was quite worried since it’s a big apartment and I didn’t know what to expect but I had no reason to be since it was absolutely perfect! The staff was super friendly and helpful and answered to all questions right away! The apartment was in perfect condition and it was clean! Everything that was mentioned in the apartment details were present and more !! And not to mention the location was PERFECT, there was a ton of grocery stores and lots of local restaurants. I totally recommend! Five stars all the way!!

We loved the location of the property and the ease of getting around the city from it. The apartment is very quaint and fit our needs well except that one of the showers was not working- it flooded the floor almost immediately & we used the towels to clean it up. When we asked for additional towels we were told there would be an additional charge but were never told what that was so we didn't get new towels all week. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Having the terrace and porch were wonderful.

Price & quality match - I recommend

Property is safe and secure in what seems like a working class neighborhood. It's just a 10 - 15 min walk from Placa de Catalunya city center. Plenty of little shops and food nearby. The apartment has all the basic amenities. It's a no frills spot but good enough to hang your hat at the end of the day. My favorite parts were the terrace, water stays hot in the shower (mostly), and it's spacious. Least favorite parts were the quality of the mattress, no complimentary extra towels or sheets (10-day stay for us), washer machine/dryer works but not very well. Host is responsive and polite. I would recommend this spot for a traveler(s) on a budget who spends more time exploring the city than camping in at a luxurious accommodation.
