Welcome to the bright, newly renovated apartment in Gràcia, ideal for families! This charming apartment has an area of approximately 90 m² and is located in one of the most beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods of Barcelona, Gràcia.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and offers 2 cozy bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. From the double room, you can access a balcony overlooking the interior patio, where you will find a small table to enjoy the sunny climate of Barcelona. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer and ceramic hob. For your comfort, you will also find an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning and washing machine, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The living room also has a small balcony that offers views of the charming neighborhood of Gràcia. Although the building has an elevator, it is important to mention that the apartment is on the main floor, so to access it it will be necessary to go up one flight of stairs.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
