DESCRIPTION:

Charming apartment ideal for couples or small families, located in the authentic neighborhood of Gracia. Very well connected and surrounded by small cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and small boutique shops, just what you need to experience Barcelona like a local!

The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The social area of the flat, exhibiting an authentic Catalan vaulted ceiling, integrates the TV lounge with the kitchen, the breakfast table and an interior mini gallery. Carefully equipped and decorated, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.

The flat is located on the ground floor / street level of the building.





Gracia is a very safe and quiet neighborhood in Barcelona. Gracia is known by its artistic and bohemian atmosphere, its lively squares full of local restaurants and bars with authentic terraces, semi-pedestrian streets, local food markets and small boutique shops.





BOOKING CONDITIONS:Local laws require us to request the legal IDs/passports of all of our guests, adults and children.At least one guest responsible for booking and staying in the property must be over 21 years old.

CHECK-IN:Regular check-in time: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM.Late check-in after 9:00 PMis available upon request; additional charges may apply.For your convenience, we offer an automated check-in system. There is no reception in the building, so it is very important that we receive your arrival time and flight number in advance to avoid delays at check-in.





CHECK-OUT:Departure before 11:00 AM.





TAXES AND ADDITIONAL FEES:The following taxes and fees, not included in the total price, must be paid no later than check-in:

Current tourist tax:Rate per person per night for up to 7 nights: 9.50€(10.50€ from April 1, 2027). Children under 17 years old are exempt.
LONG STAY bookings (29+ days):Utility consumption (electricity, water, gas, WiFi) is included in the rental price up to 150€/month. If, at the end of the contract, the actual consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from the deposit.

No smoking, no parties or events allowed at the property



This apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood community. We hope that you respect the atmosphere and the common areas.

We ask you to turn off the lights when leaving the apartment.

Please rationalize the use of the heating and A/C systems and turn them off when leaving the apartment.

Please leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food.

We kindly ask you to wash the dishes and empty the trash cans. Garbage bags are to be disposed in the street garbage containers.

For your security, we recommend locking the apartment door at all times. The host is not responsible for the objects that can be removed from the apartment.
