Although located directly by the sea, the house is tucked slightly away from the waterfront, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere while remaining only 30–60 seconds' walk from the beach.

The villa features four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, including one bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a relaxing Jacuzzi bathtub. The master bedroom and balconies offer beautiful direct sea views, while other parts of the property overlook the surrounding mountains and greenery.

At the heart of the villa is a spacious living room with a fireplace, comfortable seating area, TV, and plenty of natural light. For entertainment, guests can also enjoy a PlayStation.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for longer stays and family gatherings. Guests have access to a large refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, kettle, and an extensive collection of cookware, dishes, glasses, serving plates, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
