Cette maison rĆ©cemment rĆ©novĆ©e est ouverte et spacieuse avec une vue incroyable et un lagon privĆ© d'eau salĆ©e !! Vous pouvez nager ou flotter dans le lagon, lancer un kayak ou un canoĆ« directement sur la propriĆ©tĆ©. DĆ©tendez-vous sur la grande terrasse pour regarder le coucher du soleil, faites des grillades pour la famille ou regardez les Ć©toiles la nuit! Observez les aigles, le balbuzard pĆŖcheur et parfois les phoques et les cerfs du pont.

Il y a deux chambres avec lits queen au deuxiĆØme Ć©tage, une avec une vue incroyable sur le front de mer! La spacieuse salle de bain complĆØte et la buanderie se trouvent Ć©galement au deuxiĆØme Ć©tage. PHOTOS ƀ VENIR DU DEUXIƈME ƉTAGE APRƈS QUE LE REMODEL EST TERMINƉ EN 2019 !!
La cuisine a ƩtƩ rƩcemment rƩnovƩe avec de nouveaux appareils et des comptoirs en granit. Il y a un joli coin petit-dƩjeuner pour regarder la marƩe pendant que vous buvez votre cafƩ du matin.
Le salon et les salles Ć  manger ont Ć©tĆ© rĆ©cemment repeints, mais offrent encore beaucoup de caractĆØre avec des armoires encastrĆ©es et des planchers de bois franc d'origine! Il y a suffisamment de place pour que votre famille puisse se dĆ©tendre et jouer Ć  des jeux de sociĆ©tĆ© ou regarder la tĆ©lĆ©vision. Le canapĆ© est Ć©galement un lit pliant pour cette personne supplĆ©mentaire. La salle Ć  manger peut accueillir de 4 Ć  6 personnes, devant les grandes fenĆŖtres avec vue sur l'ocĆ©an.
Le point Hancock convoitĆ© est calme et relaxant, mais proche de tout. Ɖpicerie, shopping, plages, restaurants, tennis, voile, randonnĆ©e, sont tous Ć  proximitĆ© !!
Pour une excursion d'une journƩe, vous pouvez vous rendre au parc national d'Acadia et Ơ la pointe Schoodic en 30 minutes environ.

We loved staying at this sweet cottage with just the right amount of room and charm. It is cozy without being cramped and is great for two couples or in our case parents and two adult daughters who shared a bed. The real gem is the deck overlooking the water, with a dining table and Adirondack chairs perfect for a morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Perfectly situated between Acadia and Schoodic Peninsula, we highly recommend this gorgeous spot.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spotless cottage in Maine. The home was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us (and our dog!) was the amazing deck with stunning viewsā€”perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, with great hiking trails just a short drive away. Peaceful, scenic, and truly relaxing. We canā€™t wait to come back!

We live only an hour away, but wanted a small change of venue. This house was a perfect tonic for a kind of hectic spring so far. Very simple, very uncluttered, everything works. EXACTLY what we were looking for. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a TRUE Maine experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet peaceful cottage, and our puppy was in heaven with so much space to run around. The location is convenient to many great restaurants and stores, and Acadia National Park is less than an hour away. The cottage itself had everything we needed (particularly loved the gorgeous views of the water, and the luxurious shower after long days of hiking:). Cora is an amazing host - very responsive whenever we had a question, and she gave excellent recommendations on nearby places to visit. We'd recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to visit Maine!

The only thing we didnā€™t like about our stay at this dreamy little house.. was that it had to end! This was our favorite vacation rental weā€™ve ever stayed at, the property, location, decor, comfort- all top notch, and it was absolutely spotless! We could not have enjoyed it more, so thankful for our time at this little haven and hope we get to come back some day!

We loved this house & beautiful property! The view is amazing & the cottage lovely. We spent a week exploring the area of Maine and it was so nice to return each day to this magical place. The deer & birds were fun to watch. Restarants in this area were wonderful! Pond hike is the best & only 5 minutes away. We would love to come back someday!

This is a stunning home, perfect for a group of 4. Thereā€™s nothing like sleeping with the windows open with the gentle breezes and sounds of the bay below. And there is so much to do and see right around the home and within an hours drive. We enjoyed great adventures in nature, delicious seafood and true relaxation in this beautiful, comfortable cottage. Hope to return someday!

This is a nice small home. If you are a tall person or a bigger person I would say this is not a place for you. The upstairs bedrooms have slanted ceilings and I found myself ducking a lot. Also says it is has air conditioning but not through the vents. There is a unit midway on wall to the upstairs to cool the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Forget about shutting doors to rooms if you want to stay cool. The bathroom door also does not latch,therefore my Velcro dog could always just lean on it to open it up and come on in. The chairs in living room are made for smaller people and the television is small. No blinds on windows upstairs so you canā€™t get dressed in your room. I booked this house for four adults. I am so grateful my other couple couldnā€™t come because it would have been a nightmare! Iā€™m a bit critical because this is one of the most expensive homes Iā€™ve had to pay for on VRBO and probably the least comfortable. The owner is very responsive and definitely aims to please. The family is super nice. The owner is next door and her mother is across the street.This is a very nice little cottage. I just know that if I had this information before, I probably would have stayed somewhere else.

The house was even more charming & quaint in person! We really enjoyed the views and found it to be conveniently located to our vacation activities including Acadia National Park & Bar Harbor. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely rent this house again if we were planning to revisit the area!

This vacation cottage is beautifully appointed, the owners have great taste. The location was quiet and peaceful. We loved going on walks along a nearby beach at low tide, reading on the comfy patio furniture, gazing at the stars or the misty bay from the bedroom window. The easy drives to Bar Harbor / Acadia or Schoodic Peninsula make for pleasant trips. Owners were responsive and kind (fresh flowers!). We really appreciated being able to have our dogs with us. It's a great spot for a deeply relaxing vacation.
