At the heart of the magnificent Vermeille coast, Villa Blanca spans 500 square meters, offering generous space for up to 14 people including children. With its 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this residence provides all the comfort necessary for a memorable stay. Inside, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and an entertainment area, including a bar and a pool table. Outside, a private pool, a spa, a petanque court, and a summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha invite you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

## Access

Guests have access to the entire property.
Accessibility has been designed for all travelers, with a step-free entrance and a minimum door width of 81 cm. The accommodation is also suitable for people with reduced mobility, with a two-meter-wide corridor. A private parking space of at least 3.35 meters wide is available, as well as a free shuttle in summer for easy access to the city center and beaches.

Banyuls-sur-Mer, a typical Mediterranean village, offers an idyllic setting between sea and vineyard. Nestled on the heights, Villa Blanca allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the majestic surrounding mountains. Hiking trails are accessible directly from the residence, while the city center and the beach are just a 5-minute drive away. Explore also the region's wineries that produce exceptional quality wine.

## Transit

Although it is recommended to have a personal vehicle to explore the region freely, a free shuttle operates in summer, providing a convenient way to reach the city center and beaches. Moreover, nearby hiking trails allow you to discover the region's natural wonders on foot.

- Check-in times are scheduled in the afternoon from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm with your host or via self-check-in upon request.
- Check-out times are scheduled in the morning before 10:00 am.
- Parties or any other large gatherings are not allowed.
- The accommodation is non-smoking.
- Pets are allowed upon request.
Additional amenities are available to enhance your stay, such as a Philips PerfectDraft beer dispenser (please provide a suitable keg). Fees apply for the use of the pool table (€2 per game) and pinball machine (€1 or €2 per game). Guests are requested to ensure the closure of windows and glass doors when using air conditioning or heating to avoid excessive electricity consumption.
