You're sure to love this newly updated home with 4 bedroom suites and beautiful winter views of Grandfather Mountain! The main level, entered with just two steps, has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining table with room for 6, and a living room with comfortable couches arranged around the stone fireplace and Roku HDTV.

On either side of the great room is a master bedroom suite. Each of these spacious rooms has a King bed and a private full bathroom. The suite to the right has a screened in porch and the suite to the left has a covered but open-air porch, both with comfortable padded patio furniture.

Downstairs is another great room, this one with a kitchenette and a pool table as well as another plush sectional sofa and HDTV. There are two more bedroom suites on this floor. The suite to the right has two twin beds and a full bathroom and its own porch, and the suite to the left has a Queen bed, private bathroom, and its own open porch.

Conveniently located just two miles from both Hawksnest Tubing and Grandfather Vineyard & Winery, perched in the picturesque mountaintop town of Seven Devils between Boone and Banner Elk, you're sure to love staying in Grand View!

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Pets Welcome for $25/nt per pet plus tax. A maximum of 2 mature, well-trained dog under 20lb only
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- Please note that the lower level does not have air conditioning.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
