The spacious game room features a pool table and classic arcade games, while the private movie room offers cozy beanbag seating for laid-back movie nights. Younger guests will love The Cub's Den, a dedicated space with two sets of bunk beds, foosball, toys, and plenty of room to play, while adults will appreciate the other three bedrooms with ensuites.

The well-appointed kitchen features an island with bar seating and a convenient pass-through with counter seating, creating an inviting space for preparing meals and gathering together. Additional Notes and Rules:
• This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing any pets to this home.
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Check in is after 4pm
• Checkout by 10am
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice for all Beech Mountain homes - it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
• Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
• Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
• Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
