'Amazing experience at QT Bondi. When I arrived I told the person at the reception but I wanted to add one more night because my flight was late at night. She went above and beyond to help me. The hotel location is very convenient. There is a supermarket and some eateries above the hotel that can be accessed by elevator. The rooms are spacious and all the appliances worked perfeclty. Highly recommended'

'This hotel was such a great stay! The bed was comfortable, we booked a suite with the bathtub and the room was spacious and just beautiful. The customer service was top tier, and the location was perfect. Very easy to book an Uber to any location and there were many dinner options just downstairs.'

I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

'Het was een genot om hier te verblijven! kamer super mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 'Kamer rook muf. Ontbijtzaal was dicht: nu hoekje in de lobby…..positief is locatie. Personeel veelal behulpzaam maar niet echt geëngageerd. '

Het zwembad bleek bij aankomst niet beschikbaar, we konden wel zwemmen bij een hotel verderop, echter is dit niet vermeld op de site van Expedia, waar deze fout dan ligt is de vraag maar het mag niet voorkomen dat de klant voor verassingen komt te staan.'
