« Excellent in all respects- I have experience of different premium quality hotels in Dhaka and Platinum Grand was far superior. Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. Rooftop pool was very pleasant and clean. Excellent value for money. »

« No early check in possible even with upcharge Hotel under renovation which mean noise all day in the lobby, and must beg to get access to business lounge for free to not here the construction Buffet diner 40€, expansive They offer a shuttle for the airport, and then when you take it they ask 35€!! Whereas regular taxi is 2€ Start to be hold, lobby really dark This is a hotel for business and at the end not practical to work in »

« I cam back to Space to finish my trip. Hasna, from Executive Sales, saw my previous review about the overhead noise in Room 804. She said Space would have changed my room if I requested. She was nice and professional. It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired. I appreciate her concern and thanked her. That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room. »
