Guests will also have a laundry room at their disposal.<br><br>To access the large living room, a staircase is to be taken. The spacious kitchen offers a view of the sea, allowing the preparation of delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere thanks to its central island.<br><br>The living room area, very spacious, offers a breathtaking view of the sea, creating a setting conducive to relaxation.<br><br>THE EXTERIOR<br>Upstairs, the living room opens onto a magnificent terrace with sea views, offering the opportunity to admire the sunsets over the city of Bandol.<br><br>On the first floor, enjoy the garden area with its swimming pool area.<br><br>THE POOL <br><br>UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PHOTOS WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON.<br><br>The swimming pool is treated with salt, not fenced but protected by an alarm. Its maintenance is ensured by a swimming pool specialist who may come by during your stay.
