'This place is 4 stars, but we stayed in the old part. The room was big with a balcony. But the couch was old and tired. The minibar was noisy. What brought up the 4 star experience was access to the sauna and Jaquzzi. And wonderful receptionist 👌'

'Eerste kamer welke we kregen was niet net en we hadden tevens geen toegang tot WiFi . We gingen de receptie opzoeken, daar lachte hij ons uit. Daar is internet. Na aandringen ging hij de router terug laten opstarten... hielp nog niet. Dan naar andere kamer verdiep lager. Was ok. Lift hal was zonder verlichting ... totaal in de donker.. terug naar receptie...'

'Savoy is a decent hotel, but I was a bit disappointed about the parking facilities. I took a more expensive formula because it included the parking space, yet that parking was full on several occasions. The staff was overall quite friendly, yet one girl doing the reception and bar was absolutely not. We also often had to wait quite long at the bar or reception because there was nobody there to help us. I expect better service in a hotel like this.'
