'Typical urban area. It's street stuck parking limited. Nice layout, felt secure. Price is right. Didn't even spend a full day there but in the evening when I got back I took a shower and I didn't notice because of the shower curtain that they had resurfaced the bathtub at some very past point and it surely needs to be done again or replaced the caulking and all was bad on it. 'This is a no-frills kind of place. The stairway to the apartment is narrow and curved. There is a strong smoke smell in the building corridor which seeps into the living room of the apartment a little bit, but fortunately doesn't reach the bedrooms. The walls are thin, and I could hear bits of conversation and walking around from the upstairs unit. Some things seem not to have been designed with actual comfort in mind - for example, there are flashy LED lights in the ceiling, but no bedside lamp...

'Location was ideal for our visit to watch the Phillies play the Orioles. We literally had to walk down the street and cross the road to reach the ballpark - a literal 3 minute walk. Accommodations we're as advertised and more than adequate for our family of three. We would highly recommend!'
