Luxury Apartment between Como Lake and Valsassina

This apartment is located in Ballabio, in the heart of the Valsassina Valley, just 10 minutes from Lake Como and an hour's drive from Milan. It occupies the two upper floors of a historic house, located in a panoramic position with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Downstairs, the apartment includes a large living room with fireplace, TV, a large sofa and an additional corner sofa bed, as well as a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with dining table and a service bathroom with only toilet and sink. On the upper attic floor, there are two bedrooms, a large new bathroom with shower and an open area with work space. Essential kitchen facilities, a washing machine and a dishwasher are included. Ample free street parking is available, near the apartment.
Please note that the entrance to the apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and that there are internal stairs.

The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
