Just a Splash away from the pool in the Royal James neighborhood located in the middle of Bald Head Island. This condo offers a top floor with a balcony overlooking the peaceful Maritime Forest. It is a three bedroom two bath home. The master has a king bed with attached bath with shower. Across the hall is a queen bed with a hall shower. The loft is perfect for other members of the family to have their own oasis with two twin beds. This updated condo is just a walk away from the community pool and a short drive from all of the islands great amenities.

Great location, great space

This condo is exactly what the listing represents. Very clean, very easy. Great to have two golf carts for the group. Easy ride to shops and attractions near the ferry dock, as well as the martitime market shops.

A wonderful get away

What a wonderful get away! This was my first time bringing my fiancé to Bald Head and he LOVED it. This place was the perfect little spot to unwind and relax! The property was extremely clean, close to all the things, and provided enough space to get comfy! We will be coming back!

Super Clean, Well Appointed & Quiet!

This Royal James location on BHI was perfect for our impromptu family gathering where the unit next door belongs to extended family members. ‘Just a Splash’ has been updated and is very nicely appointed with plenty of hotel quality towels and bed linens. Great value, especially in summer months considering the pool and outdoor shower (no club membership required). Beds were very comfortable, don’t hesitate, this is a nice unit!
