'Very good service, super clean resort, very complete luxury suite, good bed, low noise airco, good swimming pool, nice bar, very good food. We had a great stay ! Only minor point is accessibility to the sea. Although the sea is at 10 m distance from the pool area, the sea is not ok for swimming and snorkeling. Serenity offers almost every day a free taxi to a nearby beach. Distance approx.10 km. If you want to eat outside the resort, there is only one good (Mexican) restaurant nearby. Enough...

'The check in was really fluent, the receptionist informed us clearly we could not use the pool since the covid-19 outbreak. We get a free upgrade to a room with balcony. The room was nice, and very clean. They informed us clearly about the breakfast and did their best to satisfy you. The only thing that in my eyes can change is the quality of the sun beds/umbrella on the pool, they were not all from a good quality anymore.
