'Neat hotel near the center of Baguio. All in all maybe not that special, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. For the price definitely worth staying there.'

'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. No breakfast included but can be added for a hefty amount. The price is high, certainly if you consider the lack of breakfast and slightly...

'staff were not friendly at any hotel i stay at. will not greet you. The hotel dont have taxi service due to fall away from town,when ask for taxi sometime staff forget , my room first night was terible power breaker box keep cut off n on all night.'

It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. 'Bij aankomst was de gereserveerdere kamer niet beschikbaar, verzoek om een zelfde kamer werd in Tagalog ( Filipijnse taal ) onderling door personeel besproken en gelachen dat het niet beschikbaar was en deze kamer al aan andere mensen was gegeven, helaas voor het personeel spreken wij zelf de taal vloeiend ! Foutje van het personeel ! Er werd geen andere kamer aangeboden met dezelfde faciliteiten en bedden. Wel kon een andere kamer voorzien worden van een extra bed na een extra betaling van 150...
