The first and second floors are vacation rentals; your host lives on the ground floor. The apartment is in a quiet traffic-calmed area. There is a parking space for one car at the house. E-bikes and bicycles can be stored securely behind a lockable gate. The bakery is 100 m away, and the Bachem village tavern with hearty local cuisine is 200 m away. You can reach the vineyards on foot in 5 minutes, the Ahr River in 20 minutes, and the historic center of Ahrweiler with its medieval city wall, pedestrian zone, marketplace, shops, restaurants, and cafés in about 15–20 minutes. Bad Neuenahr is a 20–25 minute walk.
