'despite it is a new apartments, it is not so clean (stains on pillows and sheets), shared toilet not clean too.
too much noise because of aircraft.
on the description, it is said that there is a free parking accessible, but when i arrived the owner told me it is full and i should find a place to park outside (all the area a blue zone, you should leave before 8 at morning!!)'

'The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business.
The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important '

'Goede locatie, op wandelafstand van het oude centrum. Wij verbleven 1 nacht op doorreis dus alleen om te slapen, zou het niet aanraden om echt in te verblijven, eerder voor alleen logies.
De persoon met de sleutels was op tijd en vriendelijk!
Er worden meerdere appartementen verhuurd ih gebouw, wij hadden een 1 kamer app. '

'The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage.
The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. '

'Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key.'

'Excellent communication from start to finish
With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here.'

'El interior de la habitación estuvo a 30 grados centígrados hasta media noche y NO tiene aire acondicionado, abres la ventana y afuera hay fiestas. Como no hay recepción comunicarme con el anfitrión estuvo complicado. Todo lo demás estuvo bien, y a pesar del tema de comunicación le diera 5 estrellas pero el calor fue insoportable'
