My stay at the A. Maos was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised, as value accommodation usually has some concerns. The hotel has everything you could possible need, it’s a family run business and the staff all want to make your stay pleasant. Location was ideal, walking distance to the night life but far enough away to avoid the all night noise. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The bar is open all hours and the food is delicious. Thank you for the great hospitality and a fantastic holiday.

I will not recommend this property to anyone and I am very serious as the feedback involves safety and security. I was threatened by the receptionist Mr Hammad who also used obscene language with me and family. Reviewers may wonder what led him to do so and I also wonder and the only reason I could only think of is that he is either racist or a drug addict. The incident required that I contact the police. I will never return to this hotel. As a female with a child, I checked out immediately after the incident. This is in addition to other factors that involve cleanliness and noise.

Would highly recommend!
Extremely clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy to get to with shuttle airport bus and a 5 minute walk. Close to 2 great Greek restaurants. Comfortable room and wonderful pool.

Rapport qualité / prix. Un hôtel bien placé, très proche du centre ville à 5 minutes à pieds ! La chambre est spacieuse, propre, petite terrasse. Vous ne serez pas déçu en réservant cet hôtel !

Great value for money
This hotel is a great value for money option in the centre of Ayia Napa. Not even 5 minutes on food to the square. It's decent accommodation with AC. The best thing about it is the staff. The fliendliest pool bar manager who remembers your order every morning. Great food at great prices. A fantastic place if you're looking for somewhere cheap and decent. Recommend!

Man får meget for pengene
Meget venligt personale. Personalet var meget imødekommende, venlige og klar til at hjælpe. Vi fik kun roomservice 1 gang, og kunne godt havde trængt til et par gange mere på en uge. Hotellet og dets faciliteter var langt over forventning. Personalet og deres imødekommenhed er helt sikkert med til at løfte oplevelsen af at bo på hotellet. Vi kan klart anbefale hotellet, især hvis man kommer som en ung gruppe der har i sinde at feste i Ayia Napa, da hotellet ligger meget centralt, og at i den grad får meget for sine penge.

Μια τίμια διαμονή στην Αγία Νάπα!
Καλό ξενοδοχείο σε γενικές γραμμές,κοντά στο κέντρο,μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο,πολύ καθαρό,είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα στην κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα,καλό κλιματισμό,μεγάλο ψυγείο,όλα ήταν όπως πρέπει σε σχέση ποιότητας-τιμης!!Το μόνο αρνητικό αν και αυτό είναι πρόβλημα της Αγίας Νάπας είναι κάποιες φωνές από παρέα αλκοολικών στο απέναντι δωμάτιο οι οποίοι όμως δέχθηκαν παρατήρηση από την ρεσεψιόν!!

Amazing!
I had an amazing stay at A. Maos Hotel! The hotel is perfectly located: right at the top of the main street, a couple of minutes of walk from all the bars and clubs, but still isolated from the bar street noise and good for sleeping. The room was clean, well equipped and the wi-fi connection was great. Cleaning and changing of linen and towels were provided regularly too. The staff is very helpful and welcoming! I will definitely come back!

Quiet, friendly holiday hotel
Nice, clean modest condo hotel. Clean, but not lavish. Staff friendly, good WiFi and a nice pool. Breakfast was OK. Air conditioning was not charged extra, unlike previous reviewer’s comment. For the price, a decent place to stay.

Viikon vierailu. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Siivous vain 2 kertaa viikossa oli pettymys, kun esitteessä luki ,joka päivä. Pyydettäessä sai ylimääräisen siivouksen tosin. Allasalue kiva ja rauhallinen. Ei tosin sovellu huonokuntoiselle, jos ei halua käyttää taksia, koska on aika paljon ylämäkeä noustavana, kun käy keskustassa ostoksilla. Käy hyvästä kuntoilusta. ☺️

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per soli 3 giorni (per fortuna) ad inizio agosto 2021. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno consegnato le chiavi e siamo andati in stanza. La camera è assolutamente priva di privacy...non è possibile aprire alcuna porta o finestra senza che chi passa possa vedere dentro. Quindi porta e finestre chiuse ad agosto equivale ad una sauna. Apriamo la porta ed una puzza di muffa ci pervade. Per terra di tutto...polvere, capelli, animaletti morti. Angolo cottura indecente: due sole piastre incrostate ovunque, tostapane che non veniva pulito da non so bene quanti anni. Andiamo in bagno...dimensioni ridicole del lavandino e della doccia. Ci giriamo verso la tazza e li veramente ho avuto il voltastomaco...LA TAVOLETTA ERA SPORCA DI GOCCE DI PIPì....schifo vero. Per concludere abbiamo anche avuto problemi con il WI-FI. Purtroppo non ci è stato possibile per questioni organizzative spostarci in un altro hotel, quindi abbiamo dovuto rimanere li chiedendo che venisse fatta una ulteriore pulizia della stanza, ma comunque a parte le gocce di pipì non è cambiato molto. Nei giorni successivi, nonostante sul sito sia indicato che vengono fatte le pulizie giornalmente, la camera non è stata pulita, quindi abbiamo dovuto chiedere nuovamente che venisse fatta la pulizia. Neanche se mi pagassero ci tornerei!!!!

Overall stay was good, no issues. Room was clean, it was a bit noisy late at night as some guests were not very considerate and there was loads of door banging but then again this is Ayia Napa..you don’t really get sensible guests..

Loved it Received a room upgrade - ocean view from virtually new studio with all necessary amenities. Staff super helpful, particularly Andri and Alexia. Great value, good location, and pool well angled for all day sun.

A good and cheap choice. We were 3 nights there, very good apartment with all necessary equipment. There is also a nice pool and a small one for kids, as well as a bar. Near to Ayia Napa center and supermarket 50 meters away. Very good choice

The apartment was very clean and spacious for its size. The ladies at the reception was wonderful and was very helpful when needed. The location was good, a 5-10 minute walk down to bar street in Napa and about a 7-10 minute drive to the other side to Nissi beach. Overall lovely apartments and has all you need for a two night stay in Ayia Napa
