'Great staff, good views from room!'

'Op zich een goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel goed uitziende kamer want misschien wat onderhoud nodig heeft. Voor de rest heerlijk geslapen en gegeten in restaurant . Voor deze prijs is het een prima hotel😊'

'Schone kamer, personeel was heel vriendlig'

'Overall experience was excellent, the staffs are accommodating and warm.'

'Room were clean and staff was helpful'

'The place is way overdue for renovation. Mildew in the bathroom and they never give you extra toilet papers. I guess they think you’re going to take it home or something. I lost an earring and looked under the bed to try to find it, it was so dusty. They don’t clean underneath the bed.'

'Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite.'

'Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.'

'Its ok we only stayed for 1 night'

'De foto’s kwamen niet overeen met de accommodatie, de foto’s doen mooier aan, verder goed hotel en een heerlijk ontbijt'

'Family-friendly area and very secured.'

'The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend.'

It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. Besides that the only other negative is the condition and size of the bathrooms, very small besides one of them and old and dirty looking. The host was amazing her name...

'The place is nice and ideal for the family. The pool is heated and open until 10 pm. Great and friendly staff. Always ready to accommodate our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend it.'

'Kadiri 😡 ZERO STARS – ESTANCIA RESORT WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! What a terrible and disappointing experience! Estancia Resort is outdated, poorly maintained, and seriously lacking in cleanliness. Bugs crawling everywhere, dirty bathrooms, and facilities that have clearly seen better days. We booked two adjacent rooms, both facing an ugly parking lot. Nothing remotely relaxing or appealing about the view. But the worst part came during checkout. We were charged for two...
