AN UNBEATABLE LOCATION:

On EagleVail golf course in a picturesque romantic setting, our vacation home is ideally located between two world-class ski resorts: Beaver Creek Ski Resorts and Vail Resorts. It has been a top choice for family and groups for ski and summer vacations.

EagleVail is a highly sought-after vacation destination for all seasons, centrally located for white-water rafting, mountain biking, zip-lining, hiking, camping, horse-back riding. Summer and fall are known for art fairs, outdoor concerts, movies under the stars, farmers market, etc. Eagle Vail also is known for its pickle ball and tennis facilities in the summer. Paddle boarding on Lake Nottingham, a summer favorite.

EagleVail is a quaint residential community with tree-lined streets, parks, tennis courts, golf course, and a heated community pool. Though it is in the middle of world-class dining, skiing, and apres-ski entertainment, the neighborhood itself is peaceful and residential: important for anyone who enjoys a good night sleep.

Downtown Avon, about 2.4 miles away, has Starbucks, gourmet deli's, bakeries, grocery stores, many award winning restaurants and a shopping plaza.

THE VACATION HOME:

With nearly 2,300 sq ft living space, 2-car attached garage, the house has well-appointed 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. South-facing, the house is flooded with sunlight and have great view of golf course and mountain from most rooms. Completely expanded and renovated during 2023, the home is perfectly updated to provide ultimate comfort and luxury.

All four bedrooms are on 2nd floor (no basement!), have high vaulted ceilings, large windows with beautiful views!!!
- Master suite: king size bed, en-suite luxury bathroom, and closets.
- Kids' bedroom, twin/full bunk beds (sleeps 3), and a bonus loft with two additional single beds. The kids room is very fun and can accommodate up to five kids/teens.
- The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin beds, with direct access to the bathroom, perfectly suited as a 2nd master suite
- Family room/office/4th bedroom with brand new sectional sleeper sofa, desk and chair

The entire house has custom woodwork throughout, tasteful and quality furnishings. New 2024 flat screen TV in every bedroom.

South-facing kitchen features Dacor appliances, new countertop and flooring, and top of the line finishes. Kitchen is well stocked for your daily cooking and holiday entertainment. Coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, etc are provided.

There is a gas grill and a private hot tub on the new patio. LG Washer and Dryer, new 2024, 8-pair boot dryer, ski and snow board racking right outside dining room in the newly finished garage.

PARKING, TRANSPORTATION:

There is an attached two car garage with brand-new flooring and furnishing, including bench to remove ski boots, a new boot drying system, and ski/snowboard rack. Guests are welcome to park in the garage, also on our private drive way.

Vail Village, Lionshead, Golden Peak are the same Vail Exit, about 8 miles or 15 min drive east from the house. Beaver Creek is about 2.4 miles drive to the west.

If you choose not to drive your own car, Eagle Vail is served by Eagle County Transit (ECO Transit) to Beaver Creek and Vail, the route is called Highway 6 Route. For more detailed schedule, please check eaglecounty.us under department and services, ECO Transit.
