I have 2 children, one who is SEN…and the staff couldn’t do more to support us from understanding our concerns about our initial rooms with balcony and changing rooms for us no problem thanks to the lovely Magda to providing a pizza for our child every lunch and dinner time (this is all he will eat). 'Within an easy walking distance from marina and eg the local and intercity bus stations. The apartment was very nice but the area or the building were not so super. No balcony and definitely no view. The neighbours were behaving like monkeys set free but luckily not in the night time. With the apartment I have nothing to complain, all was there, wifi was working and adapters provided. So this it definitely an option for accomodation for the next time also!'

'This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays. This meant you couldn't use the oven, not even to heat a pizza. I assume this was deliberate to avoid cleaning costs. But it's unfair on the customers who want to cook at...
