'Good'

'Room was ok but a few more chairs would have been nice. I thought that we would have had at least one housekeeping day but we managed.'

'The facility was clean and the environment was pleasant. My room was nice. Service was excellent. The a.m. breakfast was great. Staff were particularly friendly and courteous. The rates were a bit high, but well worth it.'

'The location was great, right in the middle of restaurant row. The pool was open and available, the recreation room was closed. My room was clean, but the bedspread was stained badly. My TV did not have a remote control. I had to go back to the front office and ask for one.'

'The staff, all the staff, were polite and respectful. However, in our room, there were 2 lamps that did not have bulbs. I asked for two light bulbs, but was told that only the manager had those and he was not in. Therefore we had very little light because the curtain cords were not connected to the automatic opener. The faucet in the tub put three times as much water in the tub than we had in the shower head. We probably won’t stay there in the future.'

'We had a little problem with our room. Our air conditioner wouldn't stop running. But Michael was not only quick to see about repair but he quickly gave us a new room. Excellent staff and service!'

'We were on the 3rd floor, the humidity was bad in our room and the carpet always felt damp. Putting on shoes in the morning the inside of my sneakers even felt damp. I paid extra to have the breakfast in the morning, the set up is very confusing. They asked us to order of the menu and then gave me a receipt. Didn’t make me feel confident that I wasn’t going to be charged again.'

'Everything was good, room was smaller then expected but it worked for what it was. Only bad comment I have is the hotel and a bad smell can't explain it but it was bad.'

'The room and hotel was nice but never cooled off till that morning. It was muggy in the rooms. The restaurant food was good, staff needed help. Had to order our drinks twice, no big deal. Until I didn't get my drink until after the food because waitress never came back to check on us. Then brought our food and never saw her again until check.'

'Room was clean, good size, good layout, good tech. Small casino, not too many rooms on the hotel side. AC goes colder than you'll ever need. Nice pool/hot tub out back open until midnight for lounging. Some good food just down the road in town. Beautiful countryside literally right outside the door. My only complaints would be the mattress was pretty stiff, but still not the worst sleep I've ever had, and the continental breakfast was about on par with a Motel 6. But it's the only game in...
