« Amazing hotel. »

« The room was the most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed. The room had a harsh odor of stale smoke and mildew. The only pleasant part was the customer service, they at least provided me with Febreeze air freshener spray. It didn’t work but they tried. The bath tub was not clean but the carpet was vacuumed. »

« This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The room smelled absolutely disgusting the moment I walked in — like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Staying there felt unbearable. Calling it “breakfast” is honestly a joke. There was barely anything available, and not even basic coffee. I’ve seen better options at gas stations. Completely misleading and unacceptable. The environment around the rooms was even worse. People were constantly smoking right...

« The room was not entirely clean; the refrigerator was dirty, the sheets had holes, and the air conditioning filter was dirty and damaged. I reported all of this to the front desk staff, but they did not address it. I had to clean everything myself in order to stay for the duration of my visit; had I cancelled, I would not have received a refund. The price is excessive for the quality of the hotel. »

« The house was gorgeously decorated! Safety was great too. I loved that each room had its own key code door lock as well as the front door lock. It was advertised as a bed and breakfast with grab and go, but there was not much drink selection in the fridge. The beds were comfortable. However, there was not a blanket on the bed, only a very light bed cover. It was cold during the night. As well, there were no regular sleeping pillows, only pillows with sham covers.
