'We arrived late on a Friday night and waited 20 mins at the front desk to get checked in without an apology. The room was clean except for hairs all over the floor. The shower and sink water never got hot and the elevator was extremely wonky. Breakfast was run of the mill, nothing to write home about. I think the item that stood out the most was how unfriendly and sanitized the staff was. Not sure if it was a bad weekend or what, but we probably won't book here again.'
