On the first floor: living/dining room, equipped kitchen, TV lounge and 2 bedrooms for 2 people with private bathroom or shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms for 2 people with private shower room and 1 bedroom for 4 people. In the 4 double bedrooms, the beds are prepared as a choice of 1 bed of 180 x 190 cm or 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm.
Outside: large enclosed garden of 2,000 m², terrace, swing, garden furniture and barbecue. In the basement: table football, washing machine and dryer. Fibre Wi-Fi and charging socket for electric vehicles.
