'Amazing location - 5 Minute walk to Harbour town and approx 15 minutes from the theme parks. The pool, sauna and gym facilities were fantastic to use and we used them everyday. Parking onsite was easy to access and use and we had a large SUV. The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen had a great set up with main amenities like toaster kettle and air fryer. Washing machine and dryer were in amazing condition and a clothes rack to hang out and dry clothes on. The deck had a lovely view...

'Location - ideal. Very close to Central Station. Room was spacious and well presented. The snack box on arrival was a nice touch however still water over sparkling would be ideal. Unfortunately we visited on an exceptionally busy weekend with 4 different artists playing in Brisbane including Ed Sheeran over 3 nights, and whilst there are 2 (very slow) lifts, 1 broke down on the day we arrived (Thursday), and this wasn’t fixed for the entire stay. 'First of all, when I booked this stay hotels.com mentioned that there is a laundry-facility on site for guests. There was not. I was able to upgrade my stay for 55 aus dollar, so I could do laundry. A little expensive in my opinion. Further, I didn’t like all the ‘managementrules-signs’ with penalties if you do this or that’. First of all, it doesnt not work like that, second of all: it is a hige sign of mistrust in guests, and is very childish. Especially because the penalties are extremely out...
