'The room was fine but I was disatisfied with the service. Check in was ok if a little impersonal. There was plenty of free parking at the front of the hotel. The room wasn't seviced on my second day there and when I rang for towels and teabags I was told I had to come down to reception and get them myself. 'Heerlijk aan het strand. Een zeer prettige omgeving en hele aardige en behulpzame mensen. Mooie wandeling naar de lange pier in zee en lekker koffie drinken bij Mr Pilgrim, iets meer landinwaarts vanaf de pier. Echt genoten van onze week hier in Adelaide. 'Spent 9 nights here. The standard studio I booked was tiny, even though it was advertised as 25m² – no way! Luckily, I was able to move to a larger room the next day. Unfortunately, after a few days, the air conditioning broke down, and this time I couldn't move to a larger room; I had to go back to the tiny one. I wasn't offered any compensation, they said that giving me a larger room for a few days was compensation enough. That was a scam, since the rooms are much smaller than advertised!...

The apartment was reasonably well equipped, but overall the condition of the property did not match the photos online and felt overpriced for what it offers. The building is clearly quite old, and several maintenance issues stood out.
