UNIT 3206 - Spacious 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom Villa at Island Resort

This beautifully decorated and spacious 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath villa has all the comforts of home including high speed WiFi, Cable TV, full size washer/dryer, and wrap around deck with hill country, courtyard, and cove views. The condo is the largest one bedroom configuration at the Island Resort at 850 square feet and also has an oversized balcony. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as a King bed in the Master Suite with an en-suite master bath. There is also a half bath in the open living area, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a fireplace. This villa is a great place to relax and has easy access to all resort amenities.

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

We enjoyed two nights at the property. Bed, sheets, & pillows were wonderful!! Pool & hot tub area was very nice & relaxing. Condo Patio area was nice even though you can not see the lake. We enjoyed our time & would book again. We did not check out the restaurant, indoor pool, spa, or fitness center only because of lack of time.

Horrible shape, filthy unit. No hot water for one week.

Towels were very thin, bathroom and kitchen filthy. Lipstick and food on doors, appliances, cabinets. Despite talking to management, we never had hot water for washing dishes or showers. Appliances were filthy and unit was a disorganized mess. There needs to be a curtain in bedroom as it is too bright to sleep given outdoor lights. Unit needs to be exterminated as ants are on balcony and in living room.

Nice But far away from everything

The place was very nice but it was a long drive to get to any place So if you're planning to stay in this property buy everything you need before you get there The water level in the lake was very low so don't expect to see it as in the pictures

The Perfect Option

This is a really cool condo complex, and this particular unit is at the end of a very quiet exterior hall. The directions on how to get to the unit were clear and concise, and very simple to follow! The condo itself is just the right size for two people, and has a large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The only frustration we had was trying to find the on-property restaurant. It would be fantastic if there were directions inside the unit on how to get there. Once we were there, the Sunday brunch was fantastic! Thank you!

Condo was great for a nice relaxing weekend getaway. Great end unit with nice large wrap around balcony to relax. Not much dining in area make sure you go to local grocery store to grab supplies.

Nice, spacious condo on Lake Travis

Weather wasn't the best during our stay, but the condo was nice. It had most everything you might need (with the possible exception of steak knives and a baking/cookie sheet). The AC quite working on our second day. The property manager made us aware of the situation and it was resolved the next day. Nice place! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a surprise weekend for his 50th birthday and it was perfect for what we needed. The property was exactly as listed and was in a beautiful setting! we were easily able to travel back and forth to different activities and enjoyed several relaxing moments on the patio. Definitely reccommend!

Complex was not crowded this weekend. Nice place with well stocked kitchen if you want to cook— just remember to bring kitchen towels & dishwasher soap since not provided. We used bbq pits in common area with picnic tables —so bring charcoal . Condo has nice double patio with table that seats 6 & smaller cafe table that seats 2. Perfect for a family dinner if you want to social distance..

Love the Island!

The Island is my favorite place to stay at Lake Travis. This condo is great size for a small family or 4 friends, but you could do 6 if you had to. Huge kitchen. Double wrap-around patio. 2 pools at the condo. Fish. Cliff-Jump. Clean property. It's the best!

Fantastic getaway

Our visit to Lago Vista was delightful! This is a beautiful location & offers a wonderful getaway experience! The condo is bright and clean, spacious & nicely decorated and has all the amenities, plus a nice view from the balcony. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the overall property and the views of Lake Travis. The experience is more than we hoped for & we highly recommend it.

Nice and Cozy

We really liked the unit. This was our second vacation on the island and we'll definitely be going again. The condo was very clean and looks just as it does in the photos. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because (1) there was no television in the bedroom. I hardly ever get to watch television at home and really wanted to take some relaxing time to lay in bed and catch up on my television shows. This was near impossible since we brought the kids this time and they took over the living room television. (2) there were not enough towels. Maybe we should have brought our own pool towels but judging from my other HomeAway vacations , there are always enough towels to go around. We actually had to do laundry twice in 4 days to have enough towels for 4 people to bathe everyday and go to the pool twice in four days. The property was nice as well, however I wish we had known that the lake was mostly dried up, which made fishing kind of hard. Very nice unit though and the service was great as well.
