The location was good for centralized access.The overall apartment is very cheap and some fixtures were worn down (ie furniture). To the naked eye, the apartment was clean. However it was things like the comforter, vents and behind closets that were not so clean or didn’t work (ie a few electrical outlets). Unfortunately, the closet to furnace had black mold which originally made for a challenging stay. Luckily, maintenance came and cleaned it out fairly quickly. Host was responsive and did his best to ameliorate these situations.I understand it was SXSW week and so it was likely louder than normal. But it was noisy a few nights as the walls are thin. I had to tell a neighbor to turn down his music.The showerhead was strong and hot water worked well.
