I’m sure the house is very nice but I wouldn’t know because we had to cancel due to the winter storm. The reason for the bad review is that the property management company Evolve was not helpful at all with our situation. I tried to contact the local representative and she never contacted me back. I was finally able to reach her by calling her the next day only for her to tell me that she had no part in the reservations process and I had to contact corporate and finally two hours later she sent me the number for an automated service. Never could talk to a person. I tried to reschedule online and they were clearly charging me a 300 fee to change even though it was a weather related event. Gave up and cancelled. Will not book an Evolve property again.
