Summary:

Good Times Getaway is a new vacation home where the fun of Lake Travis is at your fingertips.



Our setting in a lake community comes with lots of outdoor amenities – including fishing well, lakefront parks, boat ramp, playgrounds, picnic tables, and trails. Plus, a disc golf course is near our yard.



At the house, hang outside among our wooded backyard, hot tub and fire pit that’s made for stargazing. You can even watch TV on the covered patio.

The Space:

Inside our home, you’ll find an open-concept layout where the living room, kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly together. Plush leather seating is joined by a fireplace, vaulted ceiling with wood beams, and walls of windows with tree views. Over in the kitchen, saddle up to the island for breakfast before your lake day.



Our three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room can sleep up to 10 guests. Rest easy among comfy beds and soothing blue and white color palettes. Picture windows let in natural light, while all rooms also have smart TVs and fans.

And while our master bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, there is also a full bathroom in the hallway.

Other Things to Note:

No large parties or otherwise excessive noise will be tolerated.



While there is plenty of privacy in the back by the hot tub, please no loud music after 10:00 p.m. We welcome seasoned guests 23 years and up.



The community parks are gated and manned by a guard, so we require the full names of all guests that plan on entering parks, as well as Make/Model/Color/License plate of max 2 vehicles that will need the Park Permits for access. Vehicles without this pass will not be allowed into the community park, so please let us know in advance.



Please know that we have Nest Cameras that face the hot tub/backyard area for Liability purposes. We only use the cameras in the event of an incident, however, they are recording at all times during your stay. More information is on the property binder on the dining room table. There are no cameras inside the home.

We hope you enjoy the hot tub.

No glass, diapers, bubble bath, EPSOM salts, beer bottle caps, trash, debris, or anything that would clog the filters or cause damage are allowed in the hot tub. The filter and pipe system are sensitive.

You will be responsible caused by items that clog the system or heating elements. Starting fee is $350, depending on damage.

Kindly use the smart logs in Fireplace.
