"This is a large house with over 3,400 square feet, 4 bedrooms, Lots of beds, queen day bed and sofas. It's a quiet neighborhood and yet close to shopping centers, restaurants, high ways and only 10 minutes to downtown. House is located in a lot where you have no back neighbors but amazing deer and breathless greenery back yard. You will also find a 3 mile trail for walking or on a bike only steps away. Perfect for a small intimate gathering and dinners . Sleeps up to 20.

The space
Beautiful home with four bedrooms 2 living spaces located in the city, but with a feeling of being out in the country. Kitchen granite countertop with a gas cooktop, double oven fully stocked to prepare family , friends or company’s meals. You will find a formal 8 sitting dinning table area expanding into the open living space with a unique fireplace and large windows looking out into the covered patio with an inviting green back yard. You will also find a light-filled breakfast area, perfect for eating or as many needed space for studying or working area. Downstairs you will also find the tranquil master suite with a double door window that leads you to a front porch, and a double vanity bath that has a lovely soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Upstairs you will find 3 comfy bedrooms with a secondary full bath . A second living space/game room that has a marvelous view of the back yard and downstairs of the living space . Plenty space for everyone to enjoy .


If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you.
2 vehicle parking spaces are reserved in the front of the home, in front of the garage. Street parking is available for additional cars .

********PARKING ONLY PERMITTED on the LEFT side of the STRETT. ********** You can be ticketed and police has tow cars before . We have a neighbor that will call the police to make sure cars are parked on the Left side . Please be careful with this Rule .

This home has a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, sink, dish washer, coffee pot, microwave, cooking ware, plates, cups, wine glasses and utensils to cook a delicious meal. We provide towels to shower and wash cloths as well. Our home provides Spectrum internet that connects to smart TVs to watch streaming services with ease. Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.

F.A.Q’s, (Frequently Asked Questions) What We Provide and What you need to bring.
-Check-in is 3pm
-Check-out is 11am
-You can check-in any time after 3pm and as Late as you Want, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter.
-Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm.
-No Late Check-out as we have to Clean the Home for same day Guests.
-The Deposit is Not Charged. The Deposit is in case there is Damage to the home, but it is Not charged to your total at all.
-The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking.
-In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options.
-If you are looking for directions or locations it is best to look up “do512Austin” "Trip Advisor" for things to do in the Area and "Yelp" for Restaurants. (FREE Apps on your phone)
-We will send you All Information and Address Prior to your Arrival.
-We Provide CLEAN Sheets & CLEAN Towels to all Guests upon Check-in. (Extra precaution cleaning )
