The accommodation
Our extremely comfortable 4-room apartment with over 90m² of living space is the ideal base for exploring the popular Fugger town of Augsburg and the surrounding area: The flat is on the 2nd floor in the centrally located 'Stadtjägerviertel'. The nearest tram stop is only 170m away and will take you to the historic city centre and its main attractions in just a few minutes. The fairground of the popular Plärrer, Swabia's largest folk festival, is only 350m away (the festival takes place twice a year for about 2 weeks, always around Easter and in late summer) and the Curt-Frenzel-Stadium is 550m away.

All your daily needs are close at hand: restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.
The nearby Wertach river is perfect for a relaxing stroll.

The accommodation itself is of a high standard, perfect for couples, family and friends as well as business travellers. The apartment has

There are 2 parking spaces just behind the house. The house entrance is just a few steps away.

Enjoy a delicious NESPRESSO coffee in the morning and relax in the evening at the comfortable dining area in the kitchen-living room.

You can also prepare your meals in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen and enjoy them at the large table in the kitchen. Then make yourself comfortable on the large sofa in the living room and in front of the large Smart TV: watch something on Disney+ or play classic Mario Kart on our Nintendo Switch or one of our board games.

Sleep in 5 comfortable single beds or 1 cosy double bed (140x200cm).

A government registration form must be completed prior to check-in. The main guest must provide a photo ID upon arrival. The access code for check-in will be sent only after receipt of these two documents (registration form and photo ID).
