The couple running this place are just the most sweetest people we met in Portugal so far, they are very loving, caring, helpful and they make you feel like home. 'The hotel is modernized and has all the facilities that are needed for a good stay. It is too far to walk to the city center but all the needs are in the hotel so no need to leave the property. We enjoyed Lamego during a week of festivities which was recommended by the hotel and was much fun!'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Francisco was the best -very friendly, great service, and fantastic recommendations for dinner, boat tour, and other quintas to visit. 'Mooi hotel boven in de bergen, midden in het Dauro wijngebied. Hotelier is tevens wijnproducent van hele mooie Portugese wijnen, deze kun je ook in hotel proeven en uiteraard kopen. Wij hadden een gratis upgrade naar een zeer mooie suite. Mooie badkamer, loungeruimte en goed bed en balkon. Restaurant met goede dinermogelijkheden. Uitermate vriendelijk personeel die je het zoveel mogelijk naar je zin willen maken.
Alles ziet er supernetjes en schoon uit.
Absolute aanrader in een mooi en rustig...
