With multiple outdoor zones, a separate studio and an easy central location, it is a laid-back Waiheke escape made for long summer days.



The Space:

Set just above the water at Shelly Beach, this relaxed Waiheke home is made for easy island stays.



The standout is the outdoor living, with multiple tiered decks taking in sweeping sea views. There is space for alfresco dining, BBQs, sunbathing and lounging on the bean bags, plus a private sauna on the deck overlooking the bay.



Inside, the home is light and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, relaxed living area and sunny dining nook opening towards the deck.



There are two generous bedrooms, a smaller third bedroom opening from the lounge, and an additional bed in the separate studio. The main house has one bathroom with a separate toilet.



Other Things to Note:

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
