Summary:
Seaside on Waiheke is a modern, waterfront studio designed for relaxing mornings, open windows and easy coastal living. With sweeping sea views and direct access to the water’s edge, and Oneroa Village within walking distance, this light-filled retreat is ideal for couples or solo travelers wanting a simple, comfortable base close to beaches, dining, and the ferry.
The Space:
Seaside on Waiheke is a beautifully positioned waterfront studio that opens directly toward the bay. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames the water, bringing natural light into the space and making the view part of the everyday rhythm of the stay.
The layout is simple, calm, and uncluttered, with a comfortable king bed, a relaxed sitting area, and easy flow to the outdoor space. It is designed for guests who want a peaceful base rather than a large house, with everything close at hand and the water just beyond the lawn.
The kitchenette is well set up for light meals, breakfast, and easy snacks, making it simple to start the day slowly before walking into Oneroa or heading out to explore the island.
The bathroom is modern and beautifully finished, with quality fixtures, soft lighting, and a clean contemporary feel.
Step outside to open lawn, sea views, and a quiet stretch of coastline. It is a lovely spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, sunset views, or simply leaving the doors open and enjoying the coastal setting.
This studio is best suited to couples or solo travelers wanting a modern waterfront retreat within easy reach of Oneroa Village, beaches, restaurants, vineyards, and the Matiatia passenger ferry.
