The room was perfectly clean, it was fine! The shower in the bathroom had cracked floor tiles which isn’t a good look. The hairdryer wouldn’t work and needed a new adapter which was supplied on request. We had difficulties with the tv which seemed to have to have the remote pointed at it from directly in front. However when we checked in, we were asked if we wanted to have breakfast, for $25.00 each. We said yes, and assumed that we were paying for a continental/ cooked breakfast. (There is no fruit option we discovered )I had already written that I had dietary restrictions as I’m a coeliac, however the only GFO option was the cooked option and so the bread was omitted! I queried he baked beans and just assumed the breakfast sausage was g/f. My mistake! Suffered for the next 30 hours. Would we go back? Not a chance! Also we were there for a wedding function, and apparently there was a 15% discount. But!! because my booking was from Expedia they wouldn’t honour it! Said we should have booked direct!
