The Space:
This luxury holiday home is appointed with wonderful amenities and beautifully laid out for effortless indoor/outdoor living, including fully covered entertaining areas on both north east & west sides. An outdoor fireplace invites relaxation at the end of a busy day enjoying all that beautiful Waiheke has to offer. The wonderful chef’s kitchen leads to the dining areas, both indoors and outdoors, whilst the chic sitting area is furnished with luxurious seating with flat screen and yet another fantastic fireplace. There is a master room with king bed and a queen bedroom on the upper level, both with ensuite bathrooms, leading to the outdoors, whilst the downstairs bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a king single over a queen bunk) have the easiest access to the entertainment space. (fully equipped with the “toys”; including a pool table, darts, arcade games, foosball and table tennis table!).

Kayaks and boogie boards are supplied to keep you happy at the beach - essential being in such close proximity to the child safe beaches. Not to mention the spa pool which will ease the aches that such leisure activities will bestow!

Unlimited WiFi, surround sound TV and bluetooth speaker tops off this sublime holiday oasis. You really will leave here with that euphoric feeling.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - master suite with king bed and walk-in wardrobe, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - queen bed, Bedroom 4 - king single over queen bunk bed.

Please note: Rates are based on occupancy by 6 guests. An additional $50 per person, per night applies for guests to 10 with a maximum of 8 adults. A $350 exit cleaning fee applies to all bookings. Optional linen hire is available for $30 per person, per stay and includes spa towels. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Bookings require a $1000 cash bond.

We do suggest a vehicle for Waiheke and are happy to arrange a hire car. Taxis are available and regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.
