'This property should not be available for rent. Based on the reviews and our own experience, Expedia should seriously consider removing this place from its listings. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—not even my worst enemy. Neither the motel nor the surrounding neighborhood is suitable for tourists. The place was so dirty and unpleasant that we decided not to stay there at all. It was absolutely disgusting, and we felt uncomfortable staying in the area. This was a terrible experience, and I...

'It’s a nice location but the pool wasn’t available and that was the main reason of booking the hotel for the indoor pool. We had to walk over to another hotel to use their pool because my kids was really looking forward to getting in the pool.'

'This is a great place to stay in Chicago. I am now leaving to New Orleans location as well. Check the Hi hostel events ahead to include in your plans. Thank you'

'Book the room for me and my daughter to have a day to myself we got in the pool the pool was clean the breakfast was amazing and the environment was great we definitely enjoyed ourselves I highly recommend booking this room again'

'We had a lil mix up with the reservation and the manager was great, helpful and kind. This hotel was comfy, warm and welcoming which you don’t find too much with hotels now a days, especially kind customer service. Definitely would recommend this one out of the lot of hotels near it!'

'I like this hotel. It is clean and quiet. The front desk staff is really friendly and helpful. I think it is a good value compared to the hotel chains. It is convenient to the Art Institute and the Magnificent Mile. Although I am an infrequent visitor to Chicago, this is where I stay.'
